The best protection for dive centres, schools and associations
When a dive accident happens, it is likely that the client is going to sue both the centre and the dive instructor. As a dive centre, you need to have a reliable liability cover which indemnifies you against all sums you might become civilly or legally liable to pay, as a result of accidental bodily injury or damage to property occurring whilst providing your services.
All DIVE CENTRE Plans provide third party liability insurance and legal defence regarding the dive services of the insured dive centre, school or association. The liability insurance cover is also extended to those instructors and dive guides who are registered as staff members of the insured centre, whenever they work for it.
- Third Party Liability, including legal defence up to € 4,000,000.00
- Legal expenses in relation to diving services
